I was born in 1964 and raised in Aomori City. I graduated from Aomori Higashi High School.
After graduating from the high school, I wanted to be a guitarist and went to Tokyo. I got a job as a sales person instead. However, my performance was so poor and I borrowed a lot of money. I was almost fired.
At the age of 30, I studied NLP psychology at a counseling school. My performance as a sales person dramatically improved. Within one month, I became No.1 sales person out of 430 colleagues. My salary increased from 150,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen per month. I conducted training for employees of company and company’s sales increased by 140%. At the age of 36, I changed a job to Napoleon Hill Foundation as a sales person and a lecturer for self-development.
For 16 years of working as a sales person, I experienced more than 10 thousands sales opportunities and a lot of lecturing for employee.
I established the Institute of Integrative Communication In 2007. People thought my method is so effective and I got an opportunity to publish a book. Many mass media including Japan Broadcasting Corporation interviewed me.
I published about 20 books and sold more than 300,000 copies. I became a best-selling author.
My slogan is “solve communication problems of all”.

I have read books by Matsuhashi and thought that I understood his teaching. However, a seminar was so different than reading books. I thought I was doing everything fine.
